For SPS clients with a support contract to contact our helpdesk

SPS uses a state-of-the-art job booking system to ensure that all planned and preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner within the terms of the individual contracts.

 

This ensures that not only do the maintenance operatives know exactly what jobs they need to tackle but also that clients are able to manage their own facilities management.

 

The booking system contains details of the addresses, site contacts, health & safety rerquirements and any other pertinent information to ensure the rapid and efficient processing of the individual tasks.

 

In addition to logging their own support and maintenance request, clients can phone us or e-mail us - all requests are automatically entered into the system and an e-mail response is generated which gives you a unique registration number for each job. This enables clients to track and trace work being done for the. it also manages individual site and contract costings.
